Zu Fuß: 1min zum Landwehrkanal (Wochenmarkt am Maybachufer Di und Fr). 3min zu Supermärkten (Biocompany, Edeka, Lidl, …), zum Gräfekiez und zur Haltestelle Schönleistraße (U8). 10min zum Kottbusser Tor (U1), Hermannplatz (U7, M140) und zum bunten Nachtleben der Weserstraße.
