Beruflich bedingt bin ich bis Sommer 2020 außerhalb von Berlin tätig, will aber meine Wohnung nicht ganz aufgeben und vermiete sie daher unter. Die Untervermietung ist mit der Hausverwaltung abgesprochen, man kann sich also regulär dort anmelden.
Wohnung ist sehr hell und wurde vor meinem Einzug renoviert: saniertes Bad mit Badewanne. Die Wohnung wird OHNE MÖBEL vermietet, die Küche möchte ich allerdings gerne drin lassen inkl. Kühlschrank und Herd. Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sind durch einen offenen Bogen getrennt, das Wohnzimmer ist also Durchgangszimmer.
Zur Miete kommen Kosten für Gas, Strom und Internet hinzu.Ich bezahle momentan ca.150€ dafür.
Besichtigung am 15.08 und 19.08, Zeit nach Absprache.
I'm away for work until summer 2020 and therefore subletting my beautiful,sunny apartment. The property managment has agreed to the sublease so it is possible to register at the place.
The apartment is very sunny and has been renovated before I moved in. The bathroom is newly renovated and has a bathtub. I am renting out the place UNFURNISHED but I would like to leave the kitchen as it is, including a fridge and a stove. If interested I could also leave the couch as pictured. The bedroom and the living room are separated by an open archway, which means the place is not suited for a flatshare since there is no door!
Rent cost does not include gas, electricity and Internet. You have to make seperate contracts for that.
You can come look at the place on Tuesday, 15th or Saturday 19th.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten vom S- und U Bahnhof "Neukölln" entfernt und nur 50m vom Körnerpark. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten, sowie Galerien, Parks, Kino und vieles mehr...
The apartment is located about 5 minutes from U/S station "Neukölln" and 10 minutes from station "Hermannstr." and only 50m from Körnerpark. There are plenty of stores, bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood.
