I am renting my two-rooms flat for three weeks, starting on the 27th June. It's a beautiful, classic Berlin style old building, with two large rooms, high ceiling, wooden floor, lots of natural light.
Accommodates 3 people max, 2 in a double bed, one on a comfy sofa.
1 Person = 600 euro for three weeks, 200 euro deposit.
2 people = 700 euro for three weeks, 200 euro deposit.

Guest Access
You'll be able to access the whole flat, but bear in mind, I won't be packing all my things away! I will make sure you'll have plenty of space for your belongings, shelves in the fridge and so on, but my clothes and books will remain where they are :)
There's clothes rack in the bedroom that can be used, a shoe rack as well.
Getting Around
Karl Marx Straße U-Bahn is 30 seconds away
Neukölln UBahn and SBahn is 5 minutes away.

The Neighborhood
Neukölln is a culturally diverse area of Berlin. There are tons of Turkish grocery shops, nice cafes, an incredible offer for vegetarians, a lots of bars to go out at night. There are also two lovely parks only minutes away, Körnerpark and Tempelhof.
If you're looking for a chilled out neighborhood filled with youngsters, you're in the right place.
