I am going on vacation and am therefore subletting my furnitured appartment for the time.
The flat is in a calm street near Hermannplatz (perfect for public transport to everywhere and in Berlins hip district Neukölln) in the top level of the house (therefore bright) w/nice view from the balcony, from which you can look over the roofs of Berlin.1 Bedroom,1 Livingroom w/balcony, 1 hallway, 1 big kitchen w/everything you need, toilet and shower, 64sqm total.
It has a double bed and an extendable sleeping couch, so currently up to 3 persons can sleep there. But if you want I can also provide extra mattresses for the stay.
As I usually live there the flata also has everything else you need for a living :-)

Da ich verreise vermiete ich meine möblierte Wohnung für die Zeit.
Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße nähe Hermannplatz und ist im obersten Stockwerk, sodass man vom Balkon aus einen Blick über die Dächer Berlins geniessen kann. Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, Flur, großer Küche mit allem was man so benötigt sowie einmal Dusche und WC.
Im Schlafzimmer ist ein Doppelbett und im Wohnzimmer stehen 2 Couches, von denen eine eine Schlafcouch ist, sodass derzeit bis zu 3 Personen gut in der Wohnung schlafen können. Aber falls ihr mehr seid gäbe es auch die Möglichkeit weitere Matratzen in die Wohnung zu bringen.
Da ich normalerweise in der Wohnung wohne, gibt es dort alles was man so braucht zum Leben :-)
Wenn ihr Interesse habt länger zu bleiben, kann man am Preis auch noch was machen.
The appartment is located in the hip district Neukölln witrh lots of gallerys, bars and other nice things... and you will find everything you need for a living nearby.
There are several supermarkets and metro and bus stations within a 5 minute walking distance, so public transportation from here to everywhere in Berlin
Die Wohnung befindet sich im "Szenebezirk" Neukölln mit seinen vielen Galerien, bars, etc. und man findet hier alles was man zum Leben braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Es gibt diverse Supermärkte und alles was man sonst so braucht innerhalb von 5 Minuten Laufdistanz, ebenso wie 3 verschiedene U-Bahn und diverse Bushaltestellen. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist also optimal.
