A bright maisonette flat on the 4th and 5th floors with a South-facing balcony. The house is somewhat higher than the neighboring buildings, so you have a great view over southern Berlin. Especially in summer, the balcony is phenomenal.
The apartment is completely furnished, and we're subletting it for a year while we are moving abroad for career reasons. Included in the apartment is a built-in kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven, fridge, washing machine, two sofas, a dining room table, a bed, shelves, dressers, and a clavinova.

Helle Maisonettewohnung im 4. und 5. Stock mit Südbalkon. Da das Haus etwas höher als die Nachbargebäude ist, hat man einen großartigen Blick über das südliche Berlin. Der Südbalkon ist vor allem im Sommer phänomenal.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und wird für ein Jahr untervermietet, da wir aus beruflichen Gründen ins Ausland gehen. Zur Ausstattung gehört eine Einbauküche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Herd und Kühlschrank, eine Waschmaschine, zwei Sofas, ein Esstisch mit Stühlen, ein Bett, Schränke, Kommoden und ein Klavier.
It's in a quiet neighborhood just south of the Ring between Hermannstraße and Karl-Marx-Straße. U- and S-Bahn (U7, U8, Ringbahn) are just a few minutes away. Grocery stores like Netto, Kaiser's, Lidl, Real and Euro-Gida are just a short walk away. At Kranoldplatz there is a weekly market on Saturdays. Körnerpark and the former Tempelhof airport are also not far away.

Ruhige Wohngegend knapp südlich des Rings zwischen Hermannstraße und Karl-Marx-Straße. U- und S-Bahn (U7, U8, Ringbahn) sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Lebensmittelgeschäfte wie Netto, Kaiser's, Lidl, Real and Euro-Gida sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Auf dem Kranoldplatz findet samstags ein Wochenmarkt statt. Der Körnerpark und das Tempelhofer Feld sind ebenfalls nicht weit.
For the house management and landlords, we need to have the following documents ready from anyone wishing to apply:
1) Copy of the last three pay stubs
2) Up-to-date Schufa (request now) credit report
3) Verification from the last landlord that you have no outstanding rent payments.
4) Copy of the personal ID
The landlords have approved of the sublet, so registering your address there with the city is no problem.

2) eine aktuelle Schufa (request now) -Auskunft.

Die Hausverwaltung hat einer Untervermietung zugestimmt. Eine offizielle Anmeldung beim Einwohnermeldeamt ist somit problemlos möglich.
