We're renting out our apartment in Neukölln furnished. Open for both long term and short term solutions (minimum 6 months). The apartment is a beautiful and spacious "altbau" on the 3 floor. It has wooden floors, high ceiling and is fully equipped with everything you would need. Besides beautiful design furniture, the apartment has a washing machine, dish washer and a bath tub with rain shower. The apartment is perfect for someone coming new to the city and do not want to invest in furniture from the start but still live comfortably and beautiful. The apartment has a double bed, big dining table and all the necessary things - bedlinen, towels, kitchen tools etc. All main furniture visible on the photos are available in the apartment with slight changes.
Wifi, electricity, water and all other bills are included in the price. Due to current gas and electricity crisis we only include a standard use, any excessive usage will be billed extra. If we decide for a long term contract we can discuss who holds the contracts of these things moving forward.
The apartment is located just 3 minutes for the U-bahn station Leinestraße and very close to the beautiful Tempelhof Field and has cosy Schillerkiez with lots of restaurants, coffee places and bars just outside the door.
We have a lot of plants in the apartment so it would be great if you can keep them alive (they are all very easy going).
Parties and loud music during night time is unfortunately not allowed out of respect of our neighbors.
We have furnished the apartment with a lot of care so we hope that you will take care of it like your own home. We appreciate it if you have a valid proof of insurance that would cover incase something would break or be damaged.
We have made improvements to the bathroom but there are unfortunately no updated photos at this stage.
