Hi,
wir verreisen vom 3. März bis ca. 3.April (eventuell bis Mitte April) und würden unsere geliebte Wohnung gerne an verantwortungsvolle Menschen untervermieten. Die Wohnung geht in den Hinterhof hinaus, also ist sie sehr ruhig und entspannt. Vor den Fenstern rankt sich Efeu, also fehlt einem auch im Grau des Winters kein Grün:-)
In der Wohnung befinden sich 3 Doppelbetten (ausklappbare Couch), und auch sonst ist sie sehr gut ausgestattet.
Falls jemand nur das große Zimmer mieten möchte, ließe sich das aushandeln:-)

Die Wohnung liegt im Reuterkiez, 2 Minuten vom Landwehrkanal entfernt und 5 Min. zum U-bahnhof Hermannplatz. Beste Lage und trotzdem ruhig:-)
