Hi zusammen! Ich vermiete meine Wohnung, da ich in dem Zeitraum unterwegs bin. Es gibt ein Schlaf- und ein Wohnzimmer. Ich vermiete nur ab min. 2 Wochen. Preis verhandelbar, orientier dich an ca 350 Euro pro Woche.
Küche und Bad sind vorhanden und komplett ausgestattet, du darfst gern alles benutzen - sofern du es danach auch wieder sauber machst und zurück räumst ;) Fühl dich wie zuhause!

I am renting my lovely flat because I will be traveling. There is a bedroom, living room, bathroom and fully equiped kitchen with toaster, fridge, water boiler, oven, washing machine, mixer, some pans and plates... basically, everything you need.
Please understand that I only rent it to people who plan to stay at least 2 weeks. We can negotiate the price, approx 350 a week.
Die Wohnung liegt suuuper zentral zwischen Tempelhofer Feld und Kanal. Perfekt für Spaziergänge und Umgebungserkundungen. Gleichzeitig bist du mitten im Kiez, Spätis, Imbisse, Restaurants und auch ein paar Clubs sind in Fußnähe. Solltest du doch mal den Bezirk verlassen wollen, kannst du dir nach Absprache mein Rad leihen oder mit der U7, U8, den Bussen M43 und 166 easy peasy überall hin jetten.

Neukölln is a really nice neighbourhood!
We have good and cheap places to eat, all kinds of cultures and there is also clubbing, shopping, and even nature (Tempelhofer Feld; Kiehlufer) nearby.
Bus is nearly 30 seconds away, U7 and U8 about 10 min walk away
Bevorzugt werden Frauen. Am liebsten wäre es mir, wenn du bei mir zuhause kein Fleisch kochst / brätst (ich esse vegan).
Bitte schreib mir ein bisschen was über dich und deinen Aufenthalt in Berlin, wir würden dann einmal Facetimen um uns kurz kennenzulernen. Wenn alles passt bitte ich dich um eine Kopie deines Ausweises und eine Kaution, die du am Ende natürlich wiederbekommst. Das können wir auch vertraglich regeln :) Über den Preis können wir sprechen.
