Hi there! I'm out of the country on vacation and would love to give someone the opportunity to use my apartment in Schillerkiez while I'm away.
It's a beautiful apartment; newly renovated, light, spacious with a balcony facing the Weisestrasse (and morning sunshine). It's a 2 minute walking distance to the U8 station Leinestrasse. Giving you access to the heart of Berlin within 20 minutes or so. A 5 minute walk from Tempelhofer Feld and situated in one of Neukolln's cutest neighbourhoods.
*Available dates*
The apartment is available for a minimum of 2 weeks. Starting from the 12th December, until 5th Jan 2020.
*Rental costs*
The cost for 2 weeks is half the month's rent 450 euros. If we extend the dates then we'll just do so using the same rate.
The deposit is 900 euros.
*Character fit*
I'm looking for a friendly, respectful person that will bring good energy and values into the area. Smiley people are encouraged to apply.
