2-room apartment in the centre of Neukölln very close to Hermannplatz. perfect for two.
LGBTQI peeps most welcome…
Living room with big comfy sofa, projector, stereo, decent book collection.
Little office with his resolution screen and height-adjustable desk. Curtains so you can close it off and out-of-sight when not working.
Really cosy separate loftbed up above.
Bathroom also has a bathtub.
Can't accept cats I'm afraid as I am quite allergic. Other pets potentially possible, ask me about it :)
Closest U-bahn is Boddinstr but the place is pretty much between Boddinstr, Rathaus Neukölln and Hermannplatz so smack bang in the centre of everything.
Just a few mins to the canal, Tempelhof, Hasenheide and everything else Neukölln is famous for :)
The neighbours are a dream-come-true and really friendly. The hof is very, very calm.
No parties or craziness if you please :)
