Ich vermiete diese helle, sehr ruhige und frisch renovierte, im Herzen von Neukölln gelegene Wohnung (nicht nur ein Zimmer) an eine Person unter. Der mögliche Zeitraum ist vom 01.04. bis 01.06.21 Die Daten sind aber flexibel! Bitte frag mich einfach. Die Monatsmiete beträgt 755 Euro. Die Wohnung ist nicht für Paare geeignet.

Die Wohnung ist vollkommen ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht. Es gibt ein riesiges Hochbett (180 x 2m), Platz im Schrank für dich, eine Waschmaschine, komplett ausgestattete Küche, ein neuer Kühlschrank, Wifi, einen schönen Schreibtisch mit bequemem Sessel, einen Balkon und wunderschöne Holzdielen.

Da ich in der Nähe bin, kannst du mich gerne kontaktieren, falls du noch irgendwas brauchen solltest.

Ich freue mich, wenn ich die Wohnung für den Zeitraum an eine zuverlässige Person untervermieten kann. Wichtig ist nur, dass du eine ruhige Person bist, da das Haus auch recht ruhig ist. Wir können zur Sicherheit gerne einen Untermietvertrag machen.

I rent this bright, quiet and freshly renovated flat (the whole flat, not just one room) in the heart of Neukölln. The rental period is possible from the 1st of April till the 1st of June. The dates are flexible. Just ask me. It costs 755 € for the whole month. The flat is not suitable for couples.

You´ll have a fully equipped flat with everything you need. There´s a cosy and huge loft bed (180 x 2m), enough space in the wardrobe for your stuff, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing maschine, a new fridge, wifi, a nice desk with a cosy chair, a balcony and timber piling.

As I will be close by you can always ask me if you need anything else.

I am pleased to rent the flat to a reliable person. The only thing that´s important would be that you are a relatively quiet person, as the house is rather quiet. If you need a security we can also make a subletting contract.
