We have moved out from our lovely flat on Weserstrasse and we are looking for the next tenant (Nachmieter).
Please take 5' to read the entire text because it includes important information:
FLAT DESCRIPTION
The 40m2 flat consists of the following rooms:

The following furniture will be included in the flat and the next tenant must agree to buy them for 1000EUR.
Note that the majority of the furniture/items were purchased brand new no longer than 2.5 years ago for approximately 1500EUR in total. Some of the furniture are only a few months old.

The flat is located on Weserstrasse in Reuterkiez.
Hermannplatz is a less than 10 minutes walk, and the buses M29, M41, 194 and 171 are 2 minutes walk.
Countless bars, restaurants cafes and stores are around, however the flat is not facing the street, so it is not affected by the people having fun outside.
CONTRACT:
The duration of the contract should be for minimum 1 or 2 years (landlord will have to confirm that to you).
Note that the price of the rent mentioned is the price we are currently paying. We are not sure if the landlord will eventually raise the rent, but I doubt that due to the rent freeze.
Electricity, internet and Rundfunk is not included in the rent, so keep in mind that you will have to pay for it too.
You will have to make separate contracts with your electricity and internet provider of your choice.
You can expect an extra +100EUR maximum for everything, depending on the contracts you choose.
VIEWINGS:
We will make an initial selection of a few candidates, but the final decision will be made by the landlord.
We will only have a few viewings, so please express your interest for a viewing as soon as possible with any preferences on the date/time for the viewing. Just keep in mind that we are both working, so during the weekdays we can only do viewings after 18:30.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

The landlord will make the final decision for the new tenant, we can only send the applications of the people who are interested and agree to buy the furniture.
