Bright and quiet balcony room at Kreuzkölln
From 01/06 to 01/07 (flexible dates) I’m subletting my room at Wildenbruchstrasse (12045), near the canal.
The room is big, bright, with a big balcony that leads to the back garden so you will not hear the street, but the birds singing. And the heater works great.
There’s a small kitchen but you will be the only one using it :) the bathroom has a bathtub.
I need someone nice who can help to cover the rent while I’m alway. The price is 650 with all bills and internet included, I can also show you my contract to prove it is the same price I pay. Also negotiable depending how long you are going to stay.

Only a few meters from the canal, beautiful location.
Supermarkets (Netto, Edeka, kaufland) only a block away.
There are buses to basically everywhere in berlin from from the bus stops in just front of the building.
