Liebe Wohnungssuchenden,
da wir von Mitte März bis Mitte April verreisen, vermieten wir unsere wunderschöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in einem modernen Neubau. Die Wohnung hat eine eine riesige Wohnküche, zwei große Zimmer (ca. 17 und 18qm), und einen großen Balkon (ca. 8qm). Dazu gibt es bodentiefe Fenster, Fußbodenheizung und ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Alles ist neu und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet worden. Die Wohnung eignet sich super für ein Paar.
Wie man auf den Fotos sehen kann habe ich einige Pflanzen, es wäre also toll, wenn ihr euch um sie kümmern könntet (alle sind recht pflegeleicht). Ansonsten freuen wir uns über ruhige Zwischenmieter, denen die Wohnung im Idealfall genauso gut gefällt wie uns und, die sie sorgsam behandeln. :)
Der Neubaukomplex ist modern mit verschiedenen Höfen aufgebaut und der Kanal ist nur nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Auch Treptower Park und Maybachufer sind in direkter Nähe und super für Spaziergänge. Die nächstgelegene S-Bahn ist Treptower Park, allerdings starten mehrere Buslinien fast direkt vor der Tür und die meisten Orte sind in wenigen Minuten sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar.
Idealerweise würden wir vom 9.3. bis 14.4. vermieten, aber auf ein paar Tage soll es nicht ankommen. Wenn ihr noch Fragen habt, meldet euch gerne.

Hi everyone,
We are traveling from mid-March to mid-April are renting out our beautiful 3-room apartment (85qm) in a modern new building. The apartment has a huge open plan kitchen, two large rooms and a big balcony with large windows, underfloor heating and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Everything is new and furnished with lots of love. The apartment is great for a couple.
We love our location, as it's quiet but super central to the vibrant areas in Neukölln and Kreuzberg. Treptower Park and Maybachufer are only a few steps away and great for walks. The nearest S-Bahn is Treptower Park, but several bus lines start almost directly in front of the door and most places can be easily reached in a few minutes both on foot and by bike.
Ideally we'd rent out from 9th March until 14th April, but a few days shouldn't matter. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
