Ich vermiete meine schöne große Altbauwohnung, sie ist frei vom 03.03. - 08.05.2025.
Sie liegt im Hinterhaus im obersten Stock und ist daher sehr ruhig und hell.
Es gibt zwei sehr große Zimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Schreibtisch.
Ich habe noch eine zweite Matratze, daher könnte ich das Wohnzimmer auch zusätzlich mit Bett ausstatten.
Es gibt somit genug Platz für ein Pärchen oder auch eine WG.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht :)
Sie liegt mitten in Rixdorf, im ruhigen Viertelchen von Neukölln.
Die Lage ist perfekt: 2 Min. zu Fuß zum schönen Richardplatz und zur S-Bahn.
Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkt und der Körnerpark sind direkt um die Ecke.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 Min. am Tempelhofer Flugfeld oder in 10 Min. am Treptower Park.
In der Monatsmiete (1.050€) sind alle Kosten enthalten (Strom, Gas, WLan, GEZ).

I am renting my beautiful apartment, it's available from 03.03. - 08.05.2025.
It's located in the back house on the top floor and is therefore very quiet and bright with full of daylight.
It's very spacious. There are two large rooms, a bedroom with double bed and a living room with couch and desk.
I have a second mattress, so I could also add a aditional bed to the living room.
So there is enough space for a couple or even a shared flat.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need :)
It is located in the middle of Rixdorf, in the nice and quiet neighborhood of Neukölln.
The location is perfect: 2 minutes walk to the beautiful Richardplatz and the S-Bahn.
Plenty Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the Körnerpark (park for walking/running, chilling) are just around the corner.
By bike you can reach the amazing Tempelhofer Flugfeld in 5 min. or Treptower Park in 10 min.
The rent for four weeks (1.050€) includes all costs (electricity, gas, WLan, GEZ).
