the 3-room apartment is bright, quiet and has a roof terrace with a beautiful view into nature. Here you can find your peace in the middle of the lively and bustling Neukölln. The kitchen has a fitted kitchen with everything you need, including a Thermomix, which you can feel free to use. So we have a lot of plants that would need to be watered while we are away - but these make the apartment extra cozy. Both bedrooms are fully equipped for home-office days. In the living room, we have a 4KBeamer, so you can have good movie nights in our living room.

It is located in the lively center of Neukölln, surrounded by lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and green parks. The next S.Bahn is Sonnenalle.

the 3-room apartment is bright, quiet and has a roof terrace overlooking the green. Here you will find its tranquility in the midst of the lively and violent Neukölln. The kitchen has a fitted kitchen with everything you need, including a thermomix that can be used. In addition, we have many plants that need to be poured during our absence - but these make the apartment particularly cozy. Both rooms are fully equipped with office furniture (writing table, monitor, mouse etc.) to work here well in home office. In the living room we also have a 4KBeamer, so you can also make a movie night.

Hi,
die 3-Zimmer Wohnung ist hell, ruhig und hat eine Dachterrasse mit Blick ins Grüne. Hier findet man seine Ruhe inmitten des lebendigen und trubeligen Neuköllns. Die Küche hat eine Einbauküche mit allem, was man braucht, inkl. einem Thermomix, der gerne benutzt werden kann. Außerdem haben wir sehr viele Pflanzen, die während unserer Abwesenheit gegossen werden müssten - diese machen die Wohnung aber besonders gemütlich. Beide Zimmer sind voll ausgestattet mit Büromöbeln (Schreibtisch, Monitor, Maus etc.) um hier gut im Home-Office zu arbeiten. Im Wohnzimmer haben wir auch einen 4KBeamer, damit ihr auch mal einen Kinoabend machen könnt.
