Ich vermiete meine wunderschöne 47sqm Wohnung in Elsentrasse, Neukölln / Treptow.

950 Euros/Monat. Kaution 950 Euros.
Ab 15. November für 2 Monaten.

5 Minuten Fußweg vom Kanal entfernt, 10 Minuten bis zur Weserstrasse und die Supermärkte (Edeka, Netto, LPG...) nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Gute Busverbindung.

2 Zimmer mit Balkon, Hell, 2 Etage. Die Wohnung ist möbliert. Die Miete ist inklusive Heizung, Strom, Internet. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was du brauchst.

Ich suche jemanden, die/der ruhig und zuverlässig ist und gut mit meinen Sachen und vor allem Pflanzen umgeht und ab und an mal nach meiner Post schaut :) Partys sind absolut nicht erwünscht. Ebenso wünsche ich mir, dass die Wohnung genauso sauber und ordentlich hinterlassen wird, wie ich sie euch übergebe. Den großen Teil meiner Sachen möchte ich in der Wohnung lassen, ich werde die Wohnung also nicht leerräumen für den Zeitraum und es ist wichtig, dass das für dich okay ist.

Die Mietdauer beträgt 2 Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung. Gerne für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar. WG ist leider nicht möglich.
Benötigt werden Gehaltsnachweise. Keine Anmeldung.

Besichtigungen sind gerne möglich.
Es sind leider keine Haustiere erlaubt (Allergien) und nichtraucherwohnung, nur auf dem Balkon.

2 rooms with balcony, bright, 2nd floor. The apartment is furnished. The rent includes heating, electricity, internet. Everything you need is available in the apartment.

I am looking for someone who is quiet and reliable and takes good care of my things and plants and checks my mail from time to time :) Parties are not welcome. I would also like the apartment to be left as clean and tidy as when I hand it over to you. I would like to leave most of my things in the apartment, so I will not empty the apartment for the period and it is important that this is okay with you.
The rental period is 2 months with an option to extend. Preferably for a single person or a couple. Shared accommodation is unfortunately not possible.
Proof of salary is required. No Anmeldung.

Sorry, no pets allowed (allergies) and non-smoking apartment, only on the balcony.
