I am subletting my cosy apartment between 22 August and 12 December 2021. It is situated on the first floor of the garden house of a beautiful building from 1902. The apartment consists of a large living & bedroom, a cosy kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway. It is 750 Euros per month warm everything included.
The apartment is fully furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen (+ microwave, fridge, oven, sandwich maker, soda stream), washing machine, a (very comfortable) bed, couch, TV, stereo equipment with floor-standing speakers, closets, shelves and cupboards, a beautiful desk & a comfy office chair, a bunch of really cool lights & plants, and all the other little things that make this space homely & precious. Bicycles can be parked safely in the courtyard.
This little gem of a flat has brought me a lot of joy and I hope it can make you feel the same way, should you stay here while life returns to Berlin and makes it the bustling place we used to love.

Ich untervermiete meine Wohnung zwischen dem 22. August und dem 12. Dezember 2021. Die monatliche Miete ist 750 Euro warm. Der um 1900 gebaute und in den 90er-Jahren sanierte Stuck-Altbau besteht aus einem Vorder- und einem Gartenhaus; im letzteren befindet sich die Wohnung im 1. Stock. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad, und Flur.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, d.h. es gibt eine voll ausgerüstete Küche (inkl. Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Ofen, Sandwichmaker, Sodastream), Waschmaschine, ein (sehr bequemes) Bett, eine Couch, einen Fernseher mit HDMI-Anschluss, Standlautsprecher mit Stereoanlage, einen antiken Schreibtisch & einen bequemen Bürostuhl, jede Menge Schränke, schöne Lichter, kleine Pflanzen, und all die anderen kleinen Dinge, die eine Wohnung sich wie Zuhause anfühlen lassen. Fahrräder können außerdem sicher im Innenhof angeschlossen werden.
Dieses Schmuckstück einer Wohnung hat mir schon viel Freude bereitet und ich hoffe, es sorgt bei euch für ähnliche Gefühle, wenn ihr darin wohnt während das Leben nach Berlin zurückkehrt und es wieder zu dem Ort werden lässt, den wir alle lieben.
The house is situated in Berlin-Pankow, on the south side of Wollankstraße in close proximity to the town house of Pankow and a range of shops on Breite Straße.
Chilled-out Florakiez is one of the up and coming neighborhoods in Berlin. There's beautiful flower shops, restaurants, bars, and bakeries, as well as a lot of non-chain shops and cafés with a lot of character. Rewe & Kaufland are each a 5-minute walk away and a Späti is right across the street. The green lung of Pankow, the Bürgerpark, is a mere 250m away.
The apartment is very-well connected with Bus 255 stopping right in front of the house and various trams & other bus lines at Rathaus Pankow, S Wollankstraße, and S+U Pankow being only a few minutes walking distance.

Das Haus befindet sich in Berlin-Pankow, an der südlichen Seite der Wollankstraße in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Rathaus Pankow und den Geschäften in der Breiten Straße.
Der entspannte Florakiez in Pankow gilt mittlerweile als eine der angesagtesten Ecken in Berlin. Neben hübsch ausgestatteten Blumengeschäften, Restaurants, Bars, und Bäckereien, finden sich in der Umgebung auch zahlreiche charaktervolle Geschäfte und Cafés (keine Ketten). Außerdem sind Rewe & Kaufland nur einen 5-minütigen Fußweg entfernt, ein Späti ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die Grüne Oase von Pankow, der Bürgerpark, ist nur 250 Meter vom Haus entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist top angebunden: Die Buslinie 255 hält direkt vorm Haus. Auch die Tram und weitere Buslinien vom Rathaus Pankow und die S Wollankstraße sind nur wenige hundert Meter vom Haus entfernt. Die S+U Pankow ist mit etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß ebenfalls sehr gut zu erreichen.
