Die Wohnung ist etwa 60 qm groß, hat Fenster zur Göhrener Straße hin und sehrrr hohe Wände.
Licht kommt rein, allerdings ist es durch die Lage im ersten OG nicht sonnendurchflutet.
Die Wohnung hat eine Küche zum Sitzen und Kochen (s. Foto), dein Zimmer (15qm), mein Zimmer und ein Bad mit Badewanne ;)
Die Möbel werde ich noch ein bisschen verändern.
Anbindung gibt es in alle Richtungen, zur Ringbahn, Tram und Ubahn (U2). Laufweg etwa jeweils 6-10 min.
Drumherum hast du ein schönes, etwas teures Stadtleben mit Cafés, Restaurants und Klamottenläden für Babys, Bräute und Andere ;) Der Mauerpark ist in der Nähe, der Volkspark Friedrichshain und ein Sportplatz.
Supermärkte (Edeka), Feinkostläden --- alles da. Besonders schön ist der Markt im Kiez am Wochenende.
Ich mag es sehr gern ordentlich, sauber und positiv gestimmt --- wäre toll, wenn dir das auch wichtig ist :)
Ich bin allerdings häufig mal nicht da, sodass du die Wohnung ab und zu für dich hast.
Dann wäre es toll, wenn du ein bisschen nach den Pflanzen und der Post schaust.
Der Zeitraum der Miete ist verlängerbar. Lass uns gern einfach schauen, wie es für uns passt. :)
