Wenn du für eine begrenzte Zeit diesen Winter ein Zuhause suchst, könnte das für dich sein :-)
Die Wohnung ist frei für 6 Wochen vom 15.1. bis 26.2.2025 Ich habe etwas Flexibilität was, die Zeit angeht. Es wäre auch möglich vom 22.1. bis 5.3. hier zu sein.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer, einem Bad und Küche sowie Flur und einem kleinen Balkon zur Straße raus. Im Schlafzimmer habt ihr das Morgenlicht im Wohnzimmer das Nachmittagslicht ☀️

my name is Sebastian and I am subletting my cozy 2-room apartment in Prenzlauer Berg.
If you are looking for a home for a limited time this winter, this could be for you :-)
The flat is available from 15.1. till 26.2.2025. There is some flexibility with time, so it would be also possible for you to be here 22.1. till 5.3.
The apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and kitchen as well as a hallway and a small balcony facing the street. In the bedroom there is morning light in the living room afternoon light ☀️
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im schönen Helmholtz Kiez in Prenzlauer Berg. Manche sagen, es ist einer der lebenswertesten und beliebten Kieze in Berlin :-)
Es gibt viele Cafes, Bars, tolle Restaurants hier sowie viele kleine Läden. Auch Supermärkte und Apotheken sind wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Gleichzeitig ist es Nachts total ruhig zum schlafen
Straßenbahn M10 und SBahn Station Prenzlauer Allee (S8, S 41/42) erreicht ihr jeweils in unter 10 Minuten.

The apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Helmholtz Kiez in Prenzlauer Berg. Some say it is one of the most liveable and popular neighborhoods in Berlin :-)
There are many cafes, bars, great restaurants here as well as many small stores. Supermarkets and pharmacies are also just a few minutes' walk away. At the same time is super quiet at night, so you'll sleep well here.
The Streetcar M10 and S-Bahn station Prenzlauer Allee (S8, S 41/42) can be reached in 5-10 min walking.

Haushalt & Nachbarschaft:
Rauchen ist in der Wohnung untersagt. Dafür kannst du den Balkon nutzen. Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr freundlich und unterstützend, wenn du mal was brauchst.
Ausstattung:
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Besteck, Mikrowelle etc.
Im Wohnzimmer ist ein höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch, den du ebenfalls gerne nutzen kannst.
Details:
Warmmiete inkl. allem (Strom, Internet,...): 1200 Euro pro Monat.
Kaution: 700 Euro (Die bekommst du am Ende, wenn alles okay ist, wieder zurück.)
Melde dich gerne, wenn du Interesse hast mit einer Vorstellung von dir, was du gerne machst und gerne auch was du beruflich machst. Danach würde ich gerne ein virtuelles Kennenlerngespräch vereinbaren und gerne auch eine Besichtigung vor Ort vor dem 20.12. ist möglich.

Household & Neighborhood:
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but you may use the balcony for this. The neighbors are all very friendly and supportive if you need anything.
Facilities:
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, microwave etc.
There is a height-adjustable desk in the living room, which you are also welcome to use.
Details:
Rent is 1200 euros per month, all in (including warm water, electricity, internet,...)
Deposit: 700 euros (you will get it back at the end if everything is okay).
If you are interested, please get in touch with an introduction of yourself and what you do for a living.
I'll then schedule first virtual meeting and you could visit the flat before 20.12.
