Dein Zimmer ist 25 Quadratmeter groß und verfügt über ein wandintegriertes Klappbett, für optimale Nutzung des Raumes auch tagsüber, hat einen Balkon und Klavier! Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus, 1.OG der sehr ruhigen und dennoch zentral gelgenen in der Nähe der Gleimstraße.
Alle Annehmlichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs, von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bis hin zu Restaurants, Cafés und Bars, sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, der Mauerpark ist in 2 Minuten fußläufig entfert...
Die gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ermöglicht eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Erkundung des schönen Prenzlauer Bergs.
Meine Frau und ich sind arbeitsbedingt im Juli immer wieder mehrere Wochen unterwegs. Daher kann das Zimmer idealerweise ab sofort und bis zum 31.07 gemietet werden - wir sind jedoch auch zeitlich flexibel und können uns nach Euch richten :)

Your room is 25 square meters and has a wall-integrated folding bed for optimal use of the room during the day, it has a balcony and piano! The apartment is located in the back building, 1st floor of the very quiet yet centrally located near Gleimstraße.
All everyday amenities, from shopping to restaurants, cafés and bars, are easily accessible on foot, Mauerpark is a 2-minute walk away...
The good connection to public transport allows you to explore the beautiful Prenzlauer Berg quickly and easily.
My wife and I are working in other parts of Germany throughout Juli and will only be there on and off. Therefore the room can ideally be rented from now on until 31.07.24 - but we are flexible in terms of time and can adapt to you :)
