The flat has 69m2, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony in one of the rooms). It is located in the last floor front and back and it is very bright.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
The flat is located in a very good and charming area, full of nice cafes, restaurants, close by the Mauer Park and 05 minutes walking to the U2 metro Eberswalder St. as well as 8 minutes to S-bahn Schönhauserallee station.
For grossery shopping you have Rewe, Bio Company and Netto supermarkets.

The price is 1.200 euros per month (+600 euros deposit) with all included (gás, electricity and internet).
