SWAP - 3 ROOMS apt in Prenzlauerberg for a 2 rooms apt

I'm Federica. I'm 32 years old and I moved to Berlin 2 years ago to start a permanent job as finance manager in a German company.
I'm currently sharing a 3 rooms apt with a lovely flat mate that is moving back to Italy!
I'm now looking for a smaller apartment (ideally 2 rooms) to move on my own! I love this neighborhood (Prenzlauerberg) so I'd love to remain in the area but I'm also open to explore different districts.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR: what would be ideal for me is a 2 room apt with: bedroom, living room, kitchen (separate or not) and a bathroom. I'm also open to take over an unfurnished flat and / or potentially buy some furniture. I would prefer from 1 floor up unless it is an apartment inside the building and therefore quiet and isolated.

WHAT I'M OFFERING: the flat I'm currently living in is in Korsorer Strasse, very quite and nice street with cherry blossoms in spring time! 2 min walks from Mauer park
M10, Ring Bahn, S8, S85 and U2 are walking distance from the apartment. Gesundbrunnen, one of FEX stop that connect you to the airport in exactly 30 mid is only 1.2 km away. ALDI and REWE nearby as well as bars, cafes and restaurants.
The flat has 3 rooms, it's approx. 75 sqm:
1 master bedroom
1 2nd room (currently with a double bed and an wardrobe but could be converted into a studio)
1 big living room with the kitchen
1 bathroom
Me and my flatmate have been sharing the flat in two separate bedrooms and it worked well but it's also suitable for couples! :)
The flat is located at 4th floor and and entirely exposed in the inner courtyard so it is EXTREMELY quiet.
Total price (warm and everything else included) is 1580 euros.
What I love the most about this flat is the location (the street and the area are lovely) and the quietness of the apartments, I spend days with the window open listening to birds, it seems to be in a country yard! :)
