The living room is large and bright with a huge couch to sleep on.
The bed room has a huge walk-in closet, the bed is a high bed/ cozy cave that is great to sleep in.

The kitchen has an oven, stove, small fridge, everything you need. It has a cute high table so you can have your meals right after cooking it.
WLAN/ Wifi is not included, you will need to set-up your own contract.

There is an indoor area where you can keep your bike safe.

I would like to rent it out starting August 1st – it is most suitable for singles, too small for couples, esp. if you’re doing home office. Deposit is 2.000€.

The apartment has a super great location right on the boarder of Mitte to Prenzlauer Berg (close to Zionskirchplatz) surrounded by Bars, restaurants, supermarkets and much more… but still quite quiet.

Public transportation to 12/ M1 are right in front of my door, U8 and U2 are walking distance/ super close. Rosenthaler Platz is 10minutes walking distance. Several parks are super close (e.g. Weinbergspark, Mauerpark – 5-7 minutes by foot).
