If you're looking for party highlife and hustle and bustle, you're not right here...Prenzlauer Berg is a rather quiet neighborhood and in my house, many families with small children and neighbors live in early service.

Wenn du allerdings Partyhighlife und Trubel suchst, bist du hier nicht richtig...Prenzlauer Berg ist ein eher ruhiger Stadtteil und gerade in meinem Haus leben viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern und Nachbarn im Frühdienst.

Wünschenswert wäre es, wenn du ähnlich wie ich ein kosten- und umweltschonendes Verhalten im Konsum von Warmwasser, Strom und Heizung an den Tag legst, damit die Pauschalen niedrig bleiben.

Wichtig für die Wohnung, gerade im Winter ist es, dass du zuverlässig nach dem Duschen stoßlüftst, Wäsche in der Loggia trocknest und auch regelmäßig täglich die Wohnung stoßlüftest. Es gibt ein Luftfeuchtigkeitsmessgerät in der Wohnung, was dir Orientierung bietet. Das zeige ich dir natürlich ganz in Ruhe und ist mir sehr wichtig. Aktuell ist die Wohnung komplett schimmelfrei und mir liegt viel daran, dass das so bleibt.

In der Miete sind sämtliche Kosten (Internet, Strom, GEZ) enthalten. Du würdest einen Untermietvertrag erhalten und kannst dich anmelden. Eine Haftpflicht-/Hausratsversicherung wäre mir wichtig.
Du erhältst einen Untermietvertrag (zunächst befristet für die ersten Monate mit der Option auf Verlängerung).
