2.5 weeks sublet in Prenzlauer Berg

Sublet available for 2.5 weeks/19 nights (from 27th of April to 16th of May) - shorter period might be possible.

Perfect flat for one person or a couple :-)

I'm renting out my beautiful 63 m^2 flat while I'm on vacation.

The flat has a big bed room, a big living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and everything you need. It has wooden floors, heigh ceilings and the cozy "Berlin Altbau vibe".

It is located close to the S-Bahn station Schönhauser Allee and there is a tram right next to the house, so it's easy to get around. The neighborhood is called Prenzlauer Berg which is my favorite, because you have lots of cafés, many organic shops, the Mauerpark (popular Sunday flea market) close by and at the same time it's a rather quiet and clean area.

It's necessary to pay a deposit of 1000 euros, because you'll have access to my entire flat (the deposit I paid is even higher). Of course you'll get the entire deposit back if I get back my clean and organized flat ;-)

We can connect via a video call or instagram if that makes you feel safer or ideally, meet in person.
