Weil ich 2 Wochen in den Urlaub verschwinde, biete ich meine möblierte Wohnung zur Untermiete an.
Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert (1 Monat her), sehr hell und hat weiß gestrichene Dielen. Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Internet Flat, grüner Balkon und Badewanne können gerne genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung liegt im Winskiez, ein sehr angenehmer und ruhiger Kiez mit vielen Cafe's und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke (Kaisers, Lidl, etc.).
Anschluss an die BVG ist super (3 Trams in 5min Reichweite). Zum Alex braucht man ca. 10min., zum Mauerpark ebenso.

As I'm on vacation for 2 weeks, my cosy flat is available from 16.8. to 29.8.
The apartment is newly renovated (1 month ago), quite cosy and very lightish. It is situated in a very nice and rather quiet neighbourhood in Prenzlauer Berg, Winskiez. Shops and stylish cafe's are close by, no more than 5 min walk.
Internet flat, washing machine, bathtub and coffee machine are available for use. The flat has a very nice balcony incl. early morning sunbeams.
The flat is very well connected to public transport (3 trams close by), no more than 10min. to Alex or to Mauerpark (and its famous Sunday flea market).
