Hi there,
I’m looking for someone to take good care of my fully furnished apartment, which includes a bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The apartment faces a peaceful backyard, making it wonderfully quiet, with friendly neighbors and excellent transport connections. Prenzlauer Berg is, in my opinion, one of the best neighborhoods in Berlin!
The layout is a bit unique. Although the apartment is 70 m², it feels more spacious thanks to a long hallway and high ceilings in the rooms. The bathroom is a bit small, but the rest of the space is very open and airy. The wooden floors, window frames, and doors add charm.
And the apartment comes with a smart heating system controlled via a mobile app and high-speed internet that can also be managed remotely. And high speed internet from Telecom withone router and one repeater.
The flat is fully equipped with everything you’ll need – bed, desk, dressers, mirrors, lamps, and more. I’ve also invested in a high-quality box spring bed and a large, cozy sofa for maximum comfort.
The place is already beautifully set up, so you’ll have everything you need to feel at home. It’s important to me that the apartment is kept clean, and no smoking is allowed inside.
If you’re interested, feel free to reach out! In some cases, we can discuss registration (“Anmeldung”) – although it’s preferred not to, it is possible since this is an official sublet.
The public transport options are all nearby:
Gesundbrunnen: S-Bahn, Regional Rail /// Voltastraße: U-Bahn /// Schönhauser Allee: S-Bahn, U-Bahn
*Eberswalder M10 is a bit further, around 15 minutes, but it's a nice walk.
Shopping:
There are many organic supermarkets on Schönhauser Allee, a Rewe (not the best) on our street, Aldi, Lidl, and numerous Turkish supermarkets around Gesundbrunnen.
Restaurants: There are nice restaurants and cafes on the street.
There's not much nightlife here, more families and daycare centers.
Flea Markets: Mauerpark concerts and flea market right outside the door. That's the best part of the apartment. Mauerpark is a tourist attraction on Sundays.
Sports: Yoga studios, Beat81, all in my streer, also an outdoor gym (free of charge), and a park which is good for running named: Humboldthain Park.
English, German, both okay!
