hallo, die raumaufteilung meiner wohnung bietet sich für paare oder auch einzelpersonen an. das häusliche umfeld ist ruhig, die atmosphäre angenehm und die wohnung selbst eignet sich genauso zum entspannten wohnen, wie auch zum konzentrierten arbeiten !
my appartment is perfect for couples or singles. the surrounding is calm, the atmosphere is friendly and good for relaxed living and intensive working.
meine wohnung befindet sich im strassenlärmgeschützten hinterhaus eines sanierten berliner altbaus. gleichermaßen mitten in einem der attraktivsten bezirke und 50 m entfernt vom grossen volkspark friedrichshain. unweit des alexanderplatzes gelegen, befinden sich bus und strassenbahn in direkter nähe, u-bahn bzw. s-bahn am alexanderplatz oder greifswalder strasse. diverse einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie restaurants und cafes in unmittelbarer nähe.
wichtig sind mir aufmerksame und respektvolle untermieter. meine wohnung ist kein museum, aber doch ein ort den ich gerne erhalten möchte. deshalb auch die kaution für evtl. schäden, sowie überschreiten der bisherigen monatlichen Kosten für Strom und Gas ( je 60,-). ich bitte um verständnis !
die untervermietung wird durch meine töchter vor ort organisiert, da ich auf reisen bin, BESICHTIGUNG MORGEN 07.03. ONLINE ZWISCHEN 15-19 UHR
