Wir möchten unsere schöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung im Prenzlauer Berg für 3 Wochen untervermieten. Es handelt sich um eine schöne Altbau Wohnung, wobei eines der Zimmer ein Durchgangs-(also Wohn-)Zimmer ist. Eine kleine Treppe führt dann ins Schlafzimmer. Das Bett ist ein großes Doppel- Hochbett, über eine Leiter zugänglich. Ebenso gibt es 2 extra Matratzen und ein riesengroßes Ausziehsofa.
Die Wohnung ist sonnig, voll möbliert und verfügt über ein Vollbad. Bei Interesse schicke ich gerne Fotos.

We'd like to sublet our sunny 2-room apartment close to the city centre in Prenzlauer Berg for about 2 weeks in July. It's a nice place with very high ceilings and wooden floors, with big windows. One room is best as living room, as you have to walk through it to get to the very spacious bedroom (transit room). The bed is a big double loft bed, accessible via a ladder. There are also two extra mattresses and a huge sleepingsofa.
The flat is sunny, fully furnished and has a bathtub. If you're interested please inquire for pictures or a viewing.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Prenzlauer Berg, zwischen den U/S Bahn Haltestellen Eberswalder Straße und Schönhauser Allee, den Tram Linien 10, 12, 1, sowie direkt am Mauerpark. Es gibt Restaurants, Cafes, kleine Läden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Genüge.
Da die Wohnung im Hinterhaus liegt hört man die Geschäftigkeit der Schönhauser Allee kaum, und der Blick geht ebenfalls in den Hinterhof.

The apartment is smack in Prenzlauer Berg, between the stations Eberswalder Strasse and Schönhauser Allee, many tramlines and its also right beside Mauerpark. The streets are lined with cafes, restaurants, little boutiques and second hand shops as well as a lot of choice for food shopping. As the place lies out back, it is nice and quiet. The view also goes out back.
Am besten geeignet ist die Wohnung für Singles, Pärchen oder sehr sehr enge Freunde, da das vordere Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist, welches zum sehr großen hinteren Zimmer (Schlafzimmer) führt.
Die Miete bezieht sich nur auf die gesamten 3 Wochen.

The flat is best suited for singles, couples or very close friends, as there is only one bedroom. The keys and deposit would be handed over before we leave, or through a good friend should you arrive later.
