The 2.5-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor in the rear of a beautiful Altbau building. You enter the apartment through the small hallway which leads to the bathroom with tub and to the living room. The living room with an American-style kitchen has a dining table and a lounge area. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe, and there is also an small empty room which can be used as office or additional bedroom. Both rooms have access to the balcony. The apartment has original hardwood flooring and plaster ceilings and will be let fully furnished.

The next Supermarket is just a 3 minutes footwalk away. the S-Bahn (S2, S8, S45, S42, S41) and the tram (M2) is also just 3-5 minutes far. Prenzlauer Berg is one of the most popular quarters of Berlin. It is quite central and offers many cafes, Restaurants, bars, galeries and little shops. It is a very safe area with a unique atmosphere.
