Schöne, helle 105 qm Wohnung im vierten Stock (Vorderhaus) eines renovierten Altbaus, Nähe Helmholtzplatz. 2 Schlafzimmer (11 u. 29 qm) zum Hinterhof u. große Wohnküche (ca. 30 qm) und abgetrenntem Arbeitsbereich. Großer Balkon nach vorne. Von morgens bis nachmittags viel, viel Sonne. Im großen Schlafzimmer steht ein 180x200-Bett. Es gibt einen abgetrennten Bereich mit Schreibtisch und einem Hochbett. Außerdem noch ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit einem 120x200-Bett. Neben der technischen Standardausstattung (Wannenbad, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kabelanschluss, DSL, WLAN, Telefon) gibt es noch ein Bechstein Klavier und schöne Kunst an den Wänden. Die Einrichtung ist eher skandinavisch und schlicht – man hat es gemütlich und viel Platz...
Die Wohnung ist auch geeignet für Familien.


Während unseres Sommerurlaubes ist die Wohnung im oben genannten Zeitraum frei. Ideal für Arbeiten zu Hause und Urlaub in Berlin.

Beautiful 105qm - apartment on the 4th floor of a renovated ancient house in the Schliemannstraße, near Helmotzplatz. It has two bedrooms to the back and a large, beautiful „living-cooking-studio" (45qm) to the front, opening up to the balcony. One of the apartment's specialties is the morning sunlight, which lasts until the early afternoon. In one bedroom you find a kingsized bed (180x200), in the other a middle-sized bed (120x200). It is all wooden floor, nice furniture, a Bechstein-Piano is in the bigger bedroom. It is a very social house with also English native speakers you can ask for help. The apartment is also suitable for families.

We leave for a vacation. We usually like it better, if we can meet our lodger in advance.

The price is all the same, no matter how long you plan to stay. It includes all the usual amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, high-speed wireless internet, cable TV, Hifi, bedding, linens, and bathtub.

Our area is known as one of the city's most requested and lively places. People from all countries and all professions live here. Here you find many lovely cafes, bars and clubs, tiny shops, and markets. We sometimes find it hard to leave this „kiez“to see something else in the city (5 Minutes walk to all transport systems (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Tram).
