I have been living two years in this apartment and I am looking for the Hausverwaltung a new tenant from 1. August who would be willing to take over the Kitchen including washing machine, kitchen and fridge for 600€. The contract is permanent and directly to be made with the Hausverwaltung.
The apartment is located directly in the Kollwitzstrasse next to the Kollwitzplatz. Beautiful hype quartier with nice Restaurants and Boutiques and a lively neighbourhood meeting in the Saturday of the Kollwitzstrasse. There is a very nice market in the street on saturdays.
The neighbourhood and the area are really calm during the night, restaurant closes at 10pm.
