Lovely area to take evening walks and have a nice glass of wine or two ;) Need some transportation? No problem! The M2 and U2 are just a five-minute walk in either direction which will take you to Alexander Platz in just two stops! Mauerpark and Volkspark Friedrichshain are also a 10-15 walk or a very short bike ride to get to if you need to relax and read a book and or just have a walk in the fresh air.
Also, if you have a bike, Tiergarten is a short bike ride away from where you can experience one of the most exquisite parks in Berlin. If you're looking for a really nice getaway in the heart of Berlin for the end of summer, look no further!
