Hello there,
Welcome to my cosy apartment with a rare outdoor space for your stay in Berlin.
Because I will leave for work, I´d like to rent out my apartment to a friendly and respectful person, who will stay for 5-6 month.
I am living here now for a few years and it is a beautiful place to stay.
The two rooms work perfectly for living, working, sleeping, some sports and enjoying some fresh air on the big terrace.
I am happy to give you a virtual tour. But you can see nearly everything on the pictures.
Important note:
As you might imagine, there are a lot of people who´d lke to move in.
Therefire I highly recommend to send information about yourself.
I am carefully looking for someone so both of us have a very good feeling when moving in :)
The apartment is located perfectly in beautiful prenzlauer berg.
It is close to cafés the supermarket, restaurants and public transport.
Furthermore it is only a few minutes away from the famous "Mauerpark".
I consider the location an A+ if you like to have a quite neighborhood but still having some big city vibes around you.
Because I am renting out my very private space, I´d like to get to know you a little bit better.
Therefore it would be cool, if you can send me some info about you :) Thanks in advance.
Note: The apartment is not really made to share, unless you are a couple.
