As we’re going abroad for half a year (possibly longer) we’d love to rent our „happy place“ to someone.
This two-floor, recently renovated altbau apartment is very spacious - there are two big rooms and the third, small one that I use as my workspace and a garderobe. There is a compact kitchen, a separate toilette and a bathroom. It has very high ceilings (3,40), and is full of air and light. It’s fully equipped (washmashine, a dishwasher, pots and pans, duvets, all there!) and furnished with carefully selected design objects and furniture. It’s suitable for singles and couples.
The apartment is located on a cozy, beautiful, vibrant yet quiet Lychenerstraße in Helmholzkiez. It’s a location that allows you enjoy the city delights (cool bars, fancy restaurants, cozy cafés and delicious food, and Mauerpark or Kulturbrauerei are just around the corner) within minutes of walk. At the same time, as the apartment is placed in a quiet backyard, and has a terrace and a little private garden, it allows you to calm down and forget about the world.
