I'm subletting my apartment from 01.07.- 31.07.2025. Moving in/put a few days earlier/later is no problem.
The price is 1.200 €, everything included.
The apartment is located in Prenzlauer Berg close to beautiful Helholtzplatz.
The apartment is on the fourth floor (no elevator), very sunny, quiet and ideal for 1 to 2 people. You can use everything in the apartment. 1 living room (table, couch, tv, turntables), 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine), 1 small bathroom (shower). Wifi, electricity etc. is included. The underground station (Eberswalde) is 3 mins from the door, the station for the M10 is just a 1 min walk away. I'm sure you'll like the place. I'm living here, so this is no Airbnb-shit.
If you're interested, reliable and responsible just leave me a message and tell me from when to when you would like to rent the place. Anmeldung ist not possible.
