Hey, I am the main tenant of this truly amazing flat, have lived here in a WG, it got completely redone when I moved out for my uni year abroad to Paris. Since I will come back to Berlin and want to keep my flat, I am subletting the apartment till I come back. There is a huge bedroom which has access to the balcony, a huge bedroom at the back (going through the Berliner Zimmer) and a smaller one right next to the door. Bathroom got redone recently, top stuff. Best thing is that you arrive, and everything is already in place, like WIFI etc., no hassle, it’s been so easy. I personally also really love the funky tapestry everywhere; it’s got real charming character.
I speak French, English, German and Spanish – so if you have got further questions don’t hesitate to reach out in any of those languages.
And now the details:
The living space is ca. 91 sqm. The all-inclusive landlord rental price is 2.500 EUR. There are no additional costs. The price includes: Electricity, heating, water, internet, waste, rubbish, TV and radio tax, and general incidental expenses. Thus, all additional costs are included in the price.
This is a newly renovated, fully furnished & fully equipped flat in a popular and sought-after central location. The flat is rented for one year maximum till I come back. Perfect for students for their year abroad in Berlin.
Beautiful flat directly on Wasserturmplatz in Prenzlauer Berg.
Prenzlauer Berg, for me at least, is the absolute best area in Berlin!
The bright, quiet flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood and has modern furnishings. Truly stylish bathroom as you can see on the photos. It is a renovated classic old school Berlin building (19th century) with wooden floorboards, doors from the dating from the period as well as generous room heights. Highlight though is without a doubt the balcony and the view of the Fernsehturm.
The walls are smoothed and some have this cool tapestry. Arrive with your suitcase and immediately feel at home. The flat is fully equipped, e.g.: Double beds, walk-in closet, TV, sofa and large dining table, cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, etc.
Wasserturm Area, so you got everything you need - if you study or work in Mitte, its the best honestly.
The flat is about a 10-minute walk from Alexanderplatz. It only takes 5 minutes to Alexanderplatz with the M2 tram line
