Während ich in den Urlaub fahre, vermiete ich meine wunderschöne 2-Zimmerwohnung direkt an S Schönholz. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon und liegt in der 4. Etage mit Aufzug. Sie ist super hell und toll geschnitten. Die Daten sind flexibel, wenn Du früher anreisen oder später abreisen möchtest, wären wir für ein paar Tage zusammen in der Wohnung. Gerne könntest du in der Zeit im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Der Preis pro zusätzliche Nacht liegt bei 35€.
Since I will be on vacation for a couple of weeks I am subletting my super beautiful two room apartment at S Schönholz. The apartment has a nice big balcony and is located in the 4th floor with an elevator. It has plenty of light and the rooms are well laid out. The dates are flexible, so if you would like to come earlier or leave later, it is not a problem. We would share the apartment for a couple of days in this case and you could use the couch in the living room for sleeping. The price per additional night is 35€.

Super ruhig und grün gelegen. Nur 5 min zu Fuß bis S Schönholz, 15 Min zur U8 Franz-Neumann-Platz. 4 Min zu den Buslinien 150 und 327. Direkt um die Ecke ist eine Bäckerei und in ca 5 Minuten erreichst Du einen Aldi oder Netto. Der super schöne Bürgerpark Pankow ist in nur 15 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen und perfekt, um morgens joggen zu gehen oder abends gemütlich ein Feierabendbier im Rosengarten zu trinken :) mit der S-Bahn erreichst Du in nur 15 Minuten mit der S1 oder S25 den Brandenburger Tor und in 20 Minuten mit der S85 bist Du in Friedrichshain und im Treptower Park.
The apartment is located in a quite and green area. In only 5 minutes by foot you can reach S Schönholz and the bus lines 150 and 327. The U8 Franz-Neumann-Platz is only 15 min away by foot. There is a cute bakery right around the corner and the supermarkets like Aldi and Netto are just 5 min away. The beautiful Pankow park is 15 min of walking away and is perfect for a morning run or a drink at a Biergarten in the evening :) with the S-Bahn line S1 or S25 you can reach the Brandenburger Tor in just 15 minutes and with the S85 you need only 20 minutes to Friedrichshain and Treptower Park.
