Apartment exchange - Iceland (Reykjavik) / Berlin (summer 2012)
Hi everyone.
We are a family looking for an apartment in Berlin that can host 6 people in exchange for a very nice house in Reykjavik Iceland.
If you have such an apartment and would like to have a summer vacation in Reykjavik next summer (2012) for 2 weeks (give or take) then this is the perfect oportunity.
Our house is on two floors with 3 bedrooms (all with double beds) and 2 bathrooms. The house is fully equipt with a dish washer, a washing machine, a huge plasma tv and a hot tub in the garden. The house is very well situated (takes about 10 minuites by bus to go to the downtown center).
Instead we are looking for a nice clean apartment that has space for 6 people to sleep. It does not need to be very big, a couch and some matrasses will do. But it needs to be very well located preferably in Prenzlberg, F.hain or Kreuzberg but of course we have open minds about other neighbourhoods. We would prefer to come over to Berlin in June or late May.
We have lived before in Berlin and can get excellent recommendations from our previous Berlin landlords.
Iceland is a very nice place to visit in the summer. Feel free to ask anything.
