3-Zimmer Wohnung am Ostkreuz zur Zwischenmiete

Ich vermiete meine schöne 3-Zimmer Wohnung für 2 Monate (Juli/August). Sie ist komplett möbliert und befindet sich im ruhigen Kaskelkiez, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Ostkreuz entfernt.

Neben dem gemütlichen Schlafzimmer verfügt sie über einen großen Wohnbereich, der dabei ein Durchgangszimmer bildet (somit nicht WG-tauglich). Im hellen Wohnzimmer befindet sich u.a. ein großes Schlafsofa wie auch ein ausklappbarer Esstisch. Hinter der geräumigen Küche liegt der dritte Raum, der aktuell als erweiterter Wohnbereich genutzt wird (flexible Nutzung). Die Küchenzeile samt Geräte wurde vor 3 Jahren neu gekauft und installiert. Das weitläufige Badezimmer besitzt ein Fenster zum Innenhof, eine Badewanne und Waschmaschine.

Da ich viele Pflanzen habe, wäre es super, wenn du diese gießen kannst.
Mir ist es wichtig, dass die Person/Personen die Wohnung und das Mobiliar wertschätzen, damit sorgsam umgehen und sich darin wohlfühlen.

I am renting out my beautiful 3-room apartment for 2 months (July/August). It is fully furnished and is located in the peaceful Kaskelkiez district, just a few minutes' walk from Ostkreuz.

Apart from the cozy bedroom, it has a large living area, which is a walk-through room (therefore not suitable for a shared flat). The bright living room has a large sofa bed as well as a convertible dining table. Behind the spacious kitchen is the third room, which is currently used as an extended living area (flexible use). The kitchen unit and appliances were purchased and installed 3 years ago. The spacious bathroom has a window facing the courtyard, a bathtub and washing machine.

Since I have many plants, it would be great if you can water them. Also, it is important to me that the person/people appreciate the apartment and the furniture, treat it with care and feel comfortable in it.
