2-Zimmer Wohnung in Schöneberg

Welcome to this peaceful, brigth and tastefully furnished 2-room apartment located in a beautiful Altbau building, where you can enjoy tranquility and privacy. The apartment comes fully furnished, making it a perfect turnkey solution for your stay. It features a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, washing machine and WC. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dish washer and sink, offering all the amenities you need.
Due to the numerous plants you feel like in the green even in autumn (so a green thumb is an advantage and desirable), it has lovely neighbors and you can just feel like home.
You share the Wifi with my neighbours. The router is located in my neighbours flat. I have worked from home for years and the connection is good.

ich vermiete mein schönes Zuhause in Schöneberg für einen knappen Monat voll möbliert unter. Die Wohnung hat ein Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne, Waschmaschine und WC sowie eine Küche mit Gasherd, Kühlschrank/Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine und Spüle. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar hell, aufgrund der zahlreichen Pflanzen fühlt man sich auch im Herbst wie im Grünen (ein grüner Daumen ist also von Vorteil und wünschenswert), es hat liebe Nachbarn und man kann sich einfach wie Zuhause fühlen.
Den Router teile ich mir mit meinen Nachbarn. Er befindet sich in der Wohnung meiner Nachbarn. Ich habe jahrelang aus dem Homeoffice gearbeitet und die Verbindung ist sehr gut.
