Ich möchte ab Anfang Februar bis Ende Mai meine Wohnung im Süden von Schöneberg (Grazer Damm) untervermieten. Es handelt sich nur um eine Zwischenmiete.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hell.
Es gibt keine Geschirrspülmaschine.
Schreibt mir bitte was euch nach Berlin bringt und wie lange ihr die Wohnung mieten möchtet (die Daten sind leicht flexibel).

Die Wohnung liegt im Süden von Schöneberg, Zwischen den S-Bahn Haltestellen Priesterweg und Friedenau (jeweils 10 Minuten). In der näheren Umgebung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte (Lidl, Rewe, Netto, Edeka). Die Schlossstraße (Einkaufsstraße ist ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt).
Es fahren mehrere Busse in alle möglichen Richtungen.
Es gibt hier allerdings keinerlei Nachtleben, dafür ein paar gute Restaurants. Durch die gute Anbindung ist man (relativ) schnell an der Yorkstraße, im Akazienkiez, Oranienburger Straße usw.

I would like to sublet my apartment in the south of Schöneberg (Grazer Damm) from the beginning of February until the end of May. It is only a temporary rental.
The apartment is well equipped and bright.
There is no dishwasher.
Please write me what brings you to Berlin and how long you would like to rent the apartment (the dates are slightly flexible).

The apartment is located in the south of Schöneberg, between the S-Bahn stops Priesterweg and Friedenau (10 minutes each). There are several supermarkets in the immediate vicinity (Lidl, Rewe, Netto, Edeka). The Schlossstraße (shopping street is approx. 15-20 minutes away on foot).
There are several buses in all possible directions.
However, there is no nightlife here, but there are a few good restaurants. Thanks to the good connections, you can get to Yorkstraße, Akazienkiez, Oranienburger Straße etc. (relatively) quickly.
