[Short or Mid-term] Two rooms with a separate entrance, bathroom and kitchenette

We offer two fully furnished rooms we separated from our big altbau apartment which already had two entrances originally. It is a bedroom, a living room including a kitchenette, and an own bathroom, including a full size bathtub, overall around 50 sq.m. Basically, it is a fully separate apartment, even the utility meters are separate, but with a quirk - the kitchen sink in mounted in the bathroom, next to the bathroom sink and there is a door in the living room which separates from the second part of the apartment, which is permanently locked though.

There is a possibility to make anmeldung.

Windows are looking in the quiet court yard. The apartment is located on the top floor, directly next to the S bahn Schoneberg station (in Ebersstr., PLZ 10827).

The rent would be short or medium-term for a single person or a couple, starting from the 1.04.2025 and minimum of 3 month.
The price is 850 for a single person or 900 for a couple, all inclusive and with the internet. Safety deposit is 1000.
