- kinderfreundlich (Hochstuhl & Wickeltisch etc. vorhanden)

Das Haus hat eine nette & ruhige Mieter*innen-Gemeinschaft, außerdem einen Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Rauchen in der Wohnung, Partys und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Die Miete enthält alle Kosten (inkl. Heizung, Elektrizität, stabiles WLAN) und bezieht sich auf 1 Monat.

We are renting out our spacious and fully furnished apartment near Akazienkiez (Schöneberg) for all of august & september! If you want to rent it for certain weeks, please ask!

Well suited for families (up to 4 adults)!

- spacious & fully equipped kitchen (>30qm) with sofa
- living room and working room (each about 20qm)
- 2-3 quiet sleeping rooms (2x double bed 160cm, 1x mattrass 140cm)
- 2 bathrooms (tub, shower, seperate WC)
- child-friendly (toddler chair & changing table..)

Nice and calm neighbours, possible to sit in the courtyard. Smoking, parties and animals are forbidden.

The rent includes all costs (heating, electricity, stable WLAN) and is for 1 month.
Requests for the entire periode will be prefered.
