Wohlfühloase im Zentrum von Berlin

Hallo ihr Lieben,

Ich freue mich euch für die Zeit meiner längeren Abwesenheit meine wunderschöne Wohlfühloase und Rückzugsort der Stadt geben zu können. Ich werde für längere Zeit nicht in Berlin sein und deshalb biete ich die Wohnung mit unbegrenzten Mietverhältnis an. Es ist dennoch leider keine Anmeldung möglich, da dies oft angefragt wurden ist. Wenn das trotzdem für euch in Frage kommt, freue ich mich über eine kurze Bewerbung und idealerweise Social Media Profil für eine bessere Vorstellung.

Und nun zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung hat zwei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich Ebenerdig gelegen der seperat vom Haupthaus gelegene Eingang. Im Erdgeschoss ist der Flur und eine riesige voll eingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine und Gasherd.

Über die Treppe kommt man dann in den Wohnbereich wo man dann direkt im großzügigen und gut geschnittenen Wohnzimmer steht. Ein Balkon der zum Wohlfühlen und entspannen einlädt mit Sonne von 13-16 Uhr und zum Innenhof ruhig liegt.

Im hinteren Bereich der Wohnung liegt das Bad und Schlafzimmer mit ruhiger Sackgassen Straße (keine Auto Durchfahrt!)

Das Bad sowieso der restliche Teil gesamten Wohnung verfügt über Fußbodenheizung und Parkett bzw. Fliesen. Waschmaschine und Badewanne vorhanden.

Das Schlafzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem sehr gemütlichen Boxspringbett 160x200 cm und aufgehender Morgenssonne.

Die Lage:
Es ist ein ganz zauberhafter Kiez, umgeben von vielen kleinen Parks, dem Gleisdreieck Park, Viktoria Park und super vielen tollen Cafés zum verweilen. Bio Laden und Supermarkt sowie ein Spätkauf ist direkt um die Ecke. Und naturlich auch ganz ganz liebe Nachbarn, die alle sehr ruhig sind.

Welchen Zwischenmieter ich mir wünsche:

Ich freue mich über Interessenten (Einzelperson oder auch ein Paar), aber WICHTIG! Keine WG und nicht mehr als 2 Mensxhen, die auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung auf Zeit in Berlin sind und eventuell sogar auch länger bleiben möchten.
Jemanden, der oder die meine Wohnung wie ihre eigene sieht und die Liebe zum Detail wertschätzt.

I am happy to give you my beautiful oasis of well-being and retreat in the city for the time of my longer absence. I will not be in Berlin for a longer period of time and therefore I offer the apartment with unlimited tenancy. Unfortunately, it is not possible to register, as this has often been requested. If this is still an option for you, I would be happy to receive a short application and ideally a social media profile for a better introduction.

And now to the apartment:

The apartment has two floors. On the ground floor
The flat has two floors. The ground floor has a separate entrance from the main house. On the ground floor is the hallway and a huge fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and gas cooker.

The staircase leads to the living area, where you will find yourself in the spacious and well-designed living room. A balcony invites you to relax and enjoy the sun from 1 to 4 p.m. and is quietly located towards the inner courtyard.

At the back of the flat is the bathroom and bedroom with a quiet cul-de-sac street (no cars passing!).

The bathroom and the rest of the flat have underfloor heating and parquet or tiles. Washing machine and bathtub available.

The bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable box spring bed 160x200 cm and rising morning sun.

The location:
It is a very charming neighbourhood, surrounded by many small parks, the Gleisdreieck Park, Viktoria Park and super many great cafés to linger. Organic groceries and a supermarket are just around the corner. And of course very nice neighbours who are all very quiet.

What kind of subtenant I would like:

I am looking forward to hearing from interested parties - single person or a couple, (IMPORTANT! NO WG & More than 2 PPL, who are looking for a flat in Berlin and might even want to stay longer.
Someone who sees my flat as their own and appreciates the attention to detail.
