unsere 2-Zimmer Altbauwohnung liegt im schönen Stadtteil Schöneberg und ist im 3. Stock ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen. Direkt am Eingangsbereich befindet sich ein kleines Schlafzimmer, darauf folgt ein großes Badezimmer und schlussendlich ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Wohnküche und Balkon.

Die Wohnung ist am besten für eine Person oder ein Paar geeignet. Sowohl im Schlafzimmer, als auch im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Schreibtisch und macht somit das Arbeiten im Homeoffice möglich.

Die Miete beträgt monatl. 1.350€ und beinhaltet Nebenkosten, Strom & Internet + 1.350€ Kaution.

Our 2-room "Altbau" apartment is located in the beautiful Schöneberg district and is quietly situated on the 3rd floor facing the inner courtyard. Directly at the entrance area there is a small bedroom, followed by a large bathroom and finally a spacious living room with eat-in kitchen and balcony.

The apartment is best suited for one person or a couple. There is a desk in both the bedroom and the living room, making it possible to work from home.

The rent is €1.350 per month and includes utilities, electricity and internet + 1.350€ deposit.

Registration (Anmeldung) is not possible.
