Pets and smokers are not allowed.
A one-off fee of €100 is added to the rent for a new Ikea topper mattress for the box spring bed, which you are welcome to take with you after the rental period. This ensures the highest level of hygiene for both of us and the feeling of sleeping in a fresh bed.
