We are looking for 1-2 respectful people to sublet our beloved, fully furnished apartment in the heart of Alt Tegel. The building is quiet and is in a calm neighbourhood so we request no parties. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

Our spacious living room is split into four sections: the living area, sports area, dining area, and office area. Our apartment has high-speed WiFi as well as a large, electric, height-adjustable desk, perfect for remote work. The dining room table has two inlays for flexible sizing. We enjoy views of gorgeous sunsets from the dining area. No need for a gym membership! We have lots of sports equipment for you to enjoy as well as 6 1-meter² exercise mats to work out on. There is also a full-sized e-piano with weighted keys.

We have 2 Stand-up paddle boards including paddles (one converts into a kayak paddle) and one kayak seat. Water access is approximately 500 meters away. There are also waterproof bags to transport gear on the lake.

The apartment has huge windows and a very comfortable loggia, with doors both to the living room and bedroom. This makes for excellent airflow during the hot months. The Loggia enjoys sunshine in the cooler months and shade in the summer and is therefore wonderful to use year-round.

The kitchen is well stocked with all the supplies needed by someone who likes to cook. (but no microwave)
The bathroom has a combined washer/dryer and a blowdryer.
The bedroom has a large 180x200 bed with four pull-out drawers under the bed for extra storage.
