I sublet between 13.12.2024-13.01.2025 my sunny two 2.5-room apartment in Schöneberg. The price for the whole period is 1100 €. The apartment is 63m2 and is on the third floor (there’s an elevator). It has a children's room with a single bed and a small bedroom connected to the living room with a balcony and lots of plants that need love and water. The apartment is fully equipped with everything that you need in the kitchen, including a dishwasher.

The apartment is in the heart of Berlin and very well connected to transportation. It is located opposite the U2 station Bülowstraße and U1, U7, S1, and S2 are within 8 min walking distance. There are lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby as well as the coolest park in Berlin: Gleisdreieck, which is within 2 minutes walking distance.

I’m searching for respectful and caring people that will love to take care of my precious space and my plants. The apartment is ideal for 3 people but can sleep up to 6 people (sofa bed in the living room and second matrrss in children’s room). Pm if interested with a few words about yourself. :)
